We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. Clearance, final sale, and grab bag orders are ineligible for return or exchange.

To request a return or exchange, you may use our return portal here. You'll hear back within 3 business days.

• In your return package, please ensure your order number is included and the item(s) you are interested in returning or exchanging. 
• Once we've received the item(s) back, we will be able to exchange or refund your order. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 
• Refunds will be processed to the payment method used for the original order. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to be reflected on your original payment method.

We are able to accept returns in-store at our storefront, Mill and Meadow. Please have your order number ready when making an exchange.

Cancelling your order

To cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order.
