All orders ship from our warehouse in Durham, NC, within 7 business days. We strive for and often achieve an even faster turnaround time—usually we are even able to ship your order the same day it is placed! 

Estimated Shipping Time: 

Once your order has left our warehouse (within 7 business days), it should arrive within 2-5 days to U.S. addresses, depending on what shipping method you choose at checkout. 

International order transit times can range anywhere from 1-6 weeks.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Address

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.

If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out with your order number and the correct shipping address. You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to change your address. If you order has already shipped before you contact us, we are unable to change your shipping address. 

If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund or replacement order is not guaranteed.
